I work with senior leaders and executive teams to diagnose and make sense of complex leadership, culture, and organizational challenges.
My focus is not on isolated behaviors or surface-level performance issues, but on the underlying systems and narratives that shape how organizations actually function.
Across more than three decades of experience in leadership development, organizational behavior, culture dynamics, and executive advisory work, I have consistently seen that the most persistent leadership challenges are systemic in nature.
They are shaped by patterns of communication, decision-making structures, cultural reinforcement, relationships, and the narratives through which organizations interpret themselves.
My approach
My work integrates three core domains:
Systems Thinking – understanding how structures, incentives, and relationships shape organizational behavior
Narrative Leadership– examining how meaning, interpretation, and storytelling influence leadership and culture
Leadership Science– applying evidence-informed understanding of leadership, behavior, and organizational dynamics

From there, I support leaders in developing clearer interpretations of their organizational system and identifying practical pathways forward.
Rather than applying standardized frameworks or off-the-shelf solutions, each engagement is shaped by the specific complexity of the organization in front of me.
