Zero Tolerance Policy

At Dr Bruce Pereira, LLC, we are committed to maintaining a professional environment grounded in respect, clarity, and constructive engagement.

We welcome feedback and take all client concerns seriously. Open dialogue is an important part of the advisory process, and we remain committed to addressing questions or issues in a timely and professional manner.

We also recognise that effective leadership and organizational development work requires clear relational and behavioral boundaries. Our work is designed for environments where there is a shared commitment to respectful, good-faith engagement.

To protect the integrity of this work, Dr Bruce Pereira, LLC maintains a zero tolerance policy for behaviour that includes harassment, abuse, intimidation, or any form of aggression toward staff, partners, or collaborators.

Where behavior falls outside of these expectations, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue services at our discretion.

This policy applies to all clients and engagements, including individual, organizational, enterprise, charitable, and pro bono work, across all services and delivery formats.
